DESH D KAPOOR
Desh Kapoor has 12 years of proven experience in Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, Project Management, Information Systems, and Global Transformation, and has consulted through some of the top consulting firms such as Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM Business Consulting, Answerthink (working along with Hackett Group), and Infosys Consulting.
His Strategy/Process/Techno/Functional Experience includes 8 years in Senior Advisory roles at leading consulting firms and detailed Hands-on Experience and has worked on all phases - Business Case, Design/Blueprinting, Realization, Testing, Cutover and Post production including Change management and communications.
He has also been engaged with Open Source in the Content Management Systems (CMS) space where he has managed and owned several large communities such as www.SAPprofessionals.org, www.znips.com and www.7rcr.com. He has been at the cutting edge of the Web 2.0 revolution and has extensive networks on Twitter and Linkedin.
He has an excellent background advising "C Level" executives in global ERP reengineering, business intelligence, IPO management, financial consolidation, and analysis (including experience as Practice Sr. Manager for a 5 billion USD company), and he is able to direct activities of large, cross-functional, teams without supervision.
Combining Mr. Kapoor's diverse experience, his MBA and certifications in Cost management, he possesses superior management, interpersonal, and top-notch communication skills. Desh has a strong understanding of Global Business Operations, as he has worked on projects in Asia, US, and South America.
He is a Permanent Resident (Green card) in the US, and is open to travel and work on global engagements.

S. BOBBY MAHENDRA
Mr. S. Bobby Mahendra graduated from The University of Texas at Austin twice. First with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and with a Master in Professional Accounting, with concentrations in Tax Accounting and Information Technology. After successfully working for Big 5 for three years, Mr. Mahendra went back to industry to have a successful career in Executive Management. During Mr. Mahendra's 14+ year career he's also had enough free time to self-study to become a Licensed & Certified Public Accountant (Texas), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified in Financial Management (CFM), SAP FI/CO Certified Consultant, has passed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 Examination (currently a candidate in the CFA Program), about to start a self study Juris Doctor (JD) program, and has also founded two successful Corporations. Globition has been a success to date, and will eventually seek professional capital financing to expand its regional offices and/or global footprint in addition to the years of retained earning that have fostered the current level of success. Mr. Mahendra feels that it is extremely important to foster success in those around you, as a sphere of respect, integrity, honesty, and trust go a long way to build a network of powerful colleagues.
